Challenge
Operations relied on manual spreadsheets and fragmented systems. Coaches and staff lacked a single source of truth for player data and schedules. Fans had no centralized place for tickets, updates, or membership benefits.

Built a unified web + mobile experience: admin dashboard for player and match management, public site for ticketing and merchandise, membership layers, and live-match updates. Delivered reusable UI components and prototypes to speed rollout and ensure accessibility.
